Shopfronts
Export Line
Export Line is built for graphics packs that leave South Africa for fitting elsewhere. It covers vinyl markings, brand marks, labels, panel IDs, and packing notes so the receiving crew can sort, check, and install each set without guessing.

Packed graphics for cross-border dispatch
Export Line is for packed graphics, brand marks, and labels that need to leave South Africa ready for use elsewhere. It helps you brief artwork notes, packing requirements, and production details so the receiving team gets a workable set. Use it when the job must travel well and still install correctly on arrival.
List the application surface first, then the final country, then any installer constraints. A window decal for Lusaka, a fascia set for Gaborone, and carton labels for Maputo do not pack or travel the same way. Include finish, panel order, and any language requirements while artwork is still open.
Reference photos matter before anything is packed flat or rolled. Each export set should carry a simple placement key, finished sizes, and a count per item so customs checks and handover on the other side stay clear. One missing panel number can stall an otherwise complete shopfront kit.
Packed output for cross-border installs
The pack can include labelled vinyl panels, face marks, cut lettering, test swatches, and an itemised packing sheet. Notes cover production and handover, with material names, orientation, and finish shown plainly. That keeps the install team working from the same information as the print room.
Before dispatch, match the Export Line job to any related Shopfronts work and any Mark notes entry. Recheck artwork version, quantity, lamination, and carton labelling before the courier booking is made. Vinyl and shopfront jobs are measured from the board size and a straight-on shot of the shopfront.
- Panel sets marked in install order
- Packing sheets with sizes and counts
Checks that matter before export
Cross-border work needs more than print-ready artwork. Cartons must identify branch, item count, face orientation, and whether pieces are rolled, flat packed, or paired by elevation. If an existing site has old vinyl, silicone residue, cracked perspex, or non-standard fixings, note that before production is signed off.
Material choice changes with destination and storage conditions. Coastal consignments may need better protection from salt air, while inland routes often need cleaner handling because dust settles quickly on exposed adhesive edges. Loadshedding can affect print planning, so final checks on versions and quantities should happen before the run starts.

Information to send with Export Line
Include branch or site name, destination country, surface type, required quantities, and any known fitting issue. Add site photos, artwork references, and details of what must be packed together. If labels or marks must match existing branding, say which items on site are staying.
Keep the export sheet with the artwork files, cutter layout, and packing list for that consignment. When the buyer checks what was printed, labelled, and packed, the record shows sizes, quantities, finishes, and crate markings in one place.
